I was unsure about ordering shoes online, but I'm glad I chose these. I am sometimes between a 6.5 and 7. After much debate I ordered the 6.5, but had to exchange them for a 6. So, my advice would be that they run big. However they are so comfortable! I wear them for work shoes in a very busy office setting, and I love how cushiony they feel on the bottom of my feet.
