Like itI love the light weight yet supportive feel of this shoe. I had ACL surgery and needed a nice shoe that wasn't a high heel. I love the sustainability and being able to wash them idea so I bought these. I have a barrow foot with high arches and walking around Seattle all day felt supported and stylish!When I saw so many good reviews of this brand, I thought it was fake. But I gave it a try.I got flats. They are amazing. Really pretty and comfortable - I went grocery shop wearing them, to challenge the shoes and it didn't hurt, nor made my feet sweat like other rubber shoes would.I will get my second pair today and I can't wait to try on the heels, once something I need is available.I’m usually a 7.5 in heels and 8 in anything flat, so I got these in 8 and they fit perfect for the first wear, then stretched out now they’re about a half size too big. They are lovely shoes, good quality, don’t rub and I highly recommend them, just be extra careful when choosing your size.Love these shoes! So comfy and look professionalThe shoes were nice looking, but too wide. They came with no packing slip or order number, which is required to return them. After some back and forth, they would send another pair. Then I could return both if they didn't fit. They would only return $27 for a $99 pair of shoes!Very, very uncomfortable - like a vise grip on your feet just sitting at a party, not even walking around. Customer service is petty and requires a lot of back and forth just to say they wouldn't take the shoes back or provide a refund. So now I have to recycle shoes made of recycled materials - ridiculous! Don't bother w Vivaia!Perfect fit and transparent process. Shoes are just as comfortable as the reviews on their website.
